1. General Policy: Because we sell non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (eBooks), we have specific guidelines regarding refunds. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also must protect our intellectual property.

2. Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the eBook file has been downloaded. Refunds are only issued in cases where the digital file is proven to be corrupted, or if you were charged multiple times for the same transaction.

3. How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please forward your Paddle purchase receipt to [email protected] along with the reason for your request.

4. Paddle’s Role in Returns:

As our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com ultimately handles and processes all returns and refunds. Once a refund is approved by Sankarlal V V, the request will be submitted to Paddle to reverse the transaction to your original payment method.
